April 22nd - Waikiki Shell The Waikiki Shell is a venue for outdoor concerts and other large gatherings in Honolulu, Hawaii. The Waikiki Shell seats 2,400 persons and the lawn area has capacity for an additional 6,000 persons. It is under the management of the Neal S. Blaisdell Center.  - Oahu

The festival will include a booth village with local organic food and beverages, earth-friendly products and services from green companies, alternative energy demonstrations, interactive games and crafts for the kids, and countless environmentally active groups from around the islands.

All proceeds go to the Kokua Hawaii Foundation, a non-profit organization A non-profit organization (abbreviated "NPO", also "non-profit" or "not-for-profit") is a legally constituted organization whose primary objective is to support or to actively engage in activities of public or private interest without any commercial or monetary profit purposes.  supporting environmental education programs in Hawaii. The funds raised from the 3rd annual Kokua Festival will be used to further support and expand the school recycling program on Oahu, sponsor field trips and curriculum development, as well as to introduce an exciting new farm to school program in Oahu public schools in the fall.

On Oahu and Maui tickets are $35.00 for general admission/lawn, $40.00 reserved seats, $50.00 in the seated pit area, and $17.50 general admission for children 3-10. Children under 3 are free. Tickets will be available at 9am island-time February 4th 2006.

On Oahu, tickets will be available at all Ticketmaster outlets and online at www.ticketmaster.com or by phone at (877) 750-4400. On Maui, tickets will be available at the MACC box office, on-line at www.mauiarts.org, or by phone at (808) 242-show (7469).

Please note that there are a limited number of children's tickets available, and all children must be accompanied by an adult. Also, a limited number of fan club pre-sale tickets will be available at www.jackjohnsonmusic.com as of January 28th 2006.
