Williams as president of its tenant representation division.

Jaccom led the buy-out of Studley in 2004 and has an outstanding reputation as one of the industry's most visionary commercial real estate strategists. His new role at GVA Williams will capitalize upon his professional growth from a top-earning broker into the role of real estate advisor to many of America's leading corporate tenants.

His arrival is the culmination of a 25-year working relationship with several GVA Williams principals. In his role as president of the tenant representation division, Jaccom will institute value-added consultative services that will enhance the company's capacity to address the expanding needs of GVA Williams' growing roster of Fortune 500 corporate clients, as well as its base of regional and local clients. He will focus on development of an in-house consulting group of business experts and intellectuals--investment bankers, economists, market analysts, lawyers, information technologists and others--who will provide specialized business advice in support of the brokerage professionals.

"GVA Williams has the nimble entrepreneurial culture, the infrastructure and the organizational depth required to prevail at the highest levels in our highly competitive industry," said Jaccom.

"This firm is not organized around siloed broker teams. It organizes multi-disciplinary teams of real estate specialists to service the specific needs of each client challenge. My goal is to kick up the energy level, populate the firm with the best our industry has to offer, and fine tune a rock-solid tenant representation division by turning it up a few notches."

"Even in the most complex transactions, Mark offers creative solutions to both the tenant and the landlord--meaning not only do his clients get the best possible results, but everyone involved in a deal walks away feeling like they've been treated fairly."

"Mark's integrity and competence are well known and well respected in the real estate industry. I am confident that his deal-making abilities and strong representation of his clients will continue to serve him well at GVA Williams," said William Mack William Mack (February 29 1828 – December 11 1897) was an Ontario businessman and political figure.
