JURY DEADLOCKS IN RETRIAL IN '93 DOUBLE SLAYING : 11-1 VERDICT MIRRORS FIRST CASE.Byline: Karen Maeshiro Daily News Staff Writer Jurors deadlocked Wednesday for a second time in the double murder trial of a Lancaster man with a violent history - and a lifetime prison sentence in another case. After three days of deliberating, jurors were unable to break their 11-1 deadlock favoring a guilty verdict for Homer Tyrone Lewis, charged in the shooting deaths of his girlfriend Diana Cross, 22, and her roommate Lisa Juve, 21. ``There was one juror juror n. any person who actually serves on a jury.
