JUBILEES : BLIND DATE SPURS LASTING ROMANCE.


Lucille and Leonard Rosenthal of Camarillo celebrated their 50th anniversary with a brunch for 45 family members and friends at the North Ranch Country Club in Westlake Village. It was followed by a cruise to Mexico with their three children - son Alan and daughter-in-law Norma of Mercer Island Mer·cer Island  

A city of west-central Washington, coextensive with Mercer Island in Lake Washington near Seattle. It is primarily residential. Population: 22,300.
, Wash., with granddaughters Jennie and Allison; son Richard and daughter-in-law Jackie of Agoura Hills with grandsons Adam and David; and daughter Karen and son-in-law Harvey Simon of Agoura with grandson Jason.

The Rosenthals both enjoy card games and Leonard his bowling league. They also enjoy traveling and have taken more than a dozen cruises, visiting Europe, Israel, Australia, New Zealand New Zealand (zē`lənd), island country (2005 est. pop. 4,035,000), 104,454 sq mi (270,534 sq km), in the S Pacific Ocean, over 1,000 mi (1,600 km) SE of Australia. The capital is Wellington; the largest city and leading port is Auckland. , Alaska , the Carribean Islands, Panama Canal, among other locales.
