"As a fairly unique and rapidly growing business model, Nukk-Freeman & Cerra was expanding their operations and had very defined needs in terms of executive office space," explained Pulice, whose firm collaborated with strategic alliance partner, Cushman & Wakefield on the assignment. Together, Pulice and David DeMatteis of Cushman & Wakefield of New Jersey, Inc. identified 1,798 s/ft of prime office space at Morris Turnpike and negotiated a unique three-year agreement. "The terms of the lease enable the firm to pursue its aggressive growth plan," explained Pulice.

JRT Realty, along with Cushman & Wakefield, offers a broad range of leasing and property management services.

As the largest certified woman-owned commercial real estate services firm in the country, JRT provides leasing and asset management services at more than 150 buildings, totaling over 13 million square feet of office and industrial space nationwide.
