JRT Realty tapped to manage 800,000 s/f of Ariz. office buildings.

JRT Realty Group, Inc., has been named exclusive managing agent of three executive office buildings, totaling more than 800,000 square feet, in Phoenix, Ariz., announced Jodi Pulice, JRT Realty's founder and president. The properties are owned by TIAA-CREF, the national financial services organization.

JRT Realty, along with its strategic alliance partner Cushman & Wakefield, will provide a broad range of property management services, including strategic planning and facilities management, at 24th and Highland Avenue, Park One and Camelback Center. The firm provides leasing and asset management services to more than 150 buildings, totaling over 13 million square feet of office and industrial space nationwide, which includes a portion of TIAA-CREF's national portfolio.

"These buildings are located within Phoenix's robust metropolitan market, which continues to successfully accommodate users of all sizes and needs, including the recent influx of finance, banking and insurance companies," noted Kim Brown, JRT Realty's director of asset services. The Manhattan-based firm collaborates with Cushman and Wakefield's 195 field offices, including the Phoenix branch, to provide a full range of commercial real estate services. Comprised of 313,907 s/f of prime executive office space, 24th and Highland offers multi-tenant occupancy in two, four-story buildings. Building amenities include on-site covered parking and a restaurant as well as convenient transportation access to SR51 and Interstates 10 and 17. Biltmore restaurants and hotels also are nearby.

Neighboring Camelback Center, located at 2355 E. Camelback Road, features 232,617 square feet of Class-A offices. Situated within the Biltmore corridor, the multi-story building is convenient to the Biltmore Fashion Park and Esplanade Center, about 15 minutes from Sky Harbor International Airport and 20 minutes from downtown Phoenix.
