JRT Realty Group, Inc. has been awarded the exclusive leasing and property management assignment for 470 Park Ave. South, by TIAA-CREF, the buildings owner.

The 18-story Class-A office tower, on Park Avenue in the heart of Midtown Manhattan's elite business district, was recently acquired by TIAA-CREF, the national financial services provider.

JRT, a certified minority/woman-owned business enterprise (M/WBE), is collaborating with its strategic alliance partner, Cushman & Wakefield, on the assignment. Combined, the JRT/C&W portfolio now includes over 11 million square feet of office and industrial space in key markets nationwide, including leasing and property management at 780 Third Ave., also owned by TIAA-CREF.

JRT founder and president Jodi Pulice and Greg Smith, JRT's executive vice president, will spearhead the alliance team which includes JRT's James Clifford and Cushman & Wakefield's John Peters. Commercial leasing services range from strategic planning and marketing to property repositioning.
