JRC Global Products Agrees in Principle with One of the Country's Largest Hair Manufacturers for Exclusive Rights to Produce Patented Hair Extension Method.

MOUNT KISCO, N.Y. -- Meeting with Manufacturer Leads to Possible Expansion of the Company's Product Offerings and Broadening of Potential Customer Base

The Jackson Rivers Company (OTCBB:JRIV) announced today that its subsidiary, JRC Global Products, dba Raphael Basante Hair Systems (www.raphaelbasante.com), has entered into an exclusive manufacturing agreement with one of the largest human hair manufacturers to produce and package the Visions line of hair extension products. The agreement ensures a March 17th delivery of the new hair extension products and immediate shipment of approximately $5,000 in new customer orders.

This week, executive management of JRC Global Products met with the president of the manufacturing company in order to finalize the agreement and discuss future plans. This company will become JRC Global Products' exclusive manufacturer of the patented line of hair products, including the hair extension system, which is used to add volume, density and length, and the hair replacement system, which is designed mainly for women who are experiencing hair loss on the top of the head.

Discussions were also initiated regarding additional hair extension and replacement products, produced by the manufacturer, to be added to JRC Global Products' current offerings. These new products would give the company the opportunity to offer its clients not only their new patented system, Visions, whereby the client's existing hair is pulled through openings in the center of the base of the extension or hair replacement, but also the more conventional method, where the hair is thermally attached to the client's hair, known as the strand-by-strand method. The manufacturer intends to have an expert assist the RBHS team at the International Beauty Show (www.ibsnewyork.com), in New York, April 17th-19th, where they are exhibiting in booth #2110, to show the product and demonstrate the conventional method of application in combination with their new exclusive design.

Raphael Basante, President of JRC Global Products, stated that "the meeting was far more productive than we had predicted. We had intended to solidify the exclusive manufacturing agreement, but were delighted to be offered the opportunity to market their current, widely-accepted products as well. We realize that some of our potential customers may want to continue to use the more traditional method of applying hair extensions, and we are happy that we will be able to provide them with the option to do so with a higher quality hair, in more textures and colors than are offered by our competition."

During their discussions, both JRC Global Products and the manufacturer agreed upon the need for rapid production of the hair extensions in order to ensure ample supply of inventory, due to the overwhelming demand. They also discussed the stringent quality assurance procedures needed to be in place in order to insure consistency of the products, and that the delivered products are to abide by the highest standards in the industry. The next shipment of product is expected to arrive at JRC Global Products' offices next week, which will allow them to complete orders that have been filled since they brought the RBHS products back to market, and also to afford them an accelerated turn-around time for the high volume of orders they are currently receiving.
