 JOHNSON IS NAMED BUSINESS UNIT MANAGER - WATER FILTRATION
 MINNEAPOLIS, May 14 /PRNewswire/ -- Minntech Corporation (NASDAQ: MNTX) announced today that Dr. Roger E. Johnson has joined the firm as Business Unit Manager - Water Filtration. He was previously employed in sales and marketing positions for the last 25 years by Rohm and Haas Company of Philadelphia. For the last five years, Johnson held the position of director, Sales and Marketing for the Membrane Business Unit of Rohm and Haas.
 Johnson holds a bachelor's of science degree from Wheaton College and received a Ph.D. in organic chemistry in 1966 from Indiana University.
