JOHN K. LEE AND ROBERT B. LOUTHAN RESIGN FROM EVEREX BOARD

 FREMONT, Calif., Feb. 24 /PRNewswire/ -- Everex Systems Inc. (NASDAQ-NMS: EVRX) announced today that John K. Lee has resigned his position as a member of and chairman of the board effective Feb. 19, 1993. Lee also resigned his position as executive vice president for the company. No replacement has been named for his position on the board. Lee will, however, continue as an employee of Everex. Robert B. Louthan, an outside board member, also resigned effective Feb. 19. No replacement has been named for his position, either.
 Everex Systems Inc., a computer manufacturer headquartered in Fremont, designs, manufactures and distributes a complete family of network servers and personal computers. Everex products are distributed through a worldwide dealer, VAR and distributor network.
