"John Dean is a wonderful addition to the bank," Hartland M. MacDougall, chairman of the board, said. "His experience in all aspects of banking will reinforce Pacific First's positions as a premier financial institution."
Dean said he was impressed with the financial strengths of Pacific First Bank. "Pacific First has a solid record of profitability, is capitalized well in excess of federal requirements and has a very high quality retail banking base," he said.
