JMP Group Announces Addition of Constantine Davides and Sameet Sinha as Senior Equity Research Analysts.

SAN FRANCISCO -- JMP Group Inc. (NYSE:JMP), a growth-oriented investment banking and asset management firm, announced today that Constantine Davides and Sameet Sinha have joined JMP Securities, JMP Group's broker-dealer subsidiary, as senior research analysts. Davides, a director, follows the healthcare services sector, while Sinha, also a director, follows the Internet and digital media.

Prior to joining JMP Securities, Davides was a senior research analyst at Susquehanna Financial Group following healthcare services, including specialty distribution, pharmaceutical wholesaling, pharmacy benefit managers, labs, disease management and healthcare information technology. He previously served as an equity research associate covering the healthcare services sector at Leerink Swann & Co. Davides has also served as director of business operations at Brandwise, a business process management technology provider and as manager of implementation services for CareTools, a healthcare consulting service and software firm. Davides holds an MBA degree from Carnegie Mellon University and a BA degree from Wesleyan University.

Prior to joining JMP Securities, Sinha was a senior equity analyst at Kaufman Bros. following Internet and digital media companies. He previously served as a senior research analyst at America's Growth Capital covering interactive and new media and worked as an equity research associate at Prudential Securities covering the cable and entertainment industries. Sinha holds an MBA degree from Babson College and a Bachelor of Business Studies degree from the University of Delhi in New Delhi, India.
