JMAR engineers, scientists and executives were joined by several colleagues and professors from around the world. Some 32 industry leaders in advanced lithography attended the event to contribute in presentation and review on aspects of JMAR's key technologies, many of which complimented the JMAR team on the success of the review. On the last day of the summit, JMAR demonstrated a continuous run of its newly completed LASER produced plasma x-ray point source for nanolithography in the clean room facility.
