"As part of the transaction process, we analyzed 76 locations in New Jersey and New York in order to come up with the best value combination of accommodation and cost" said Andrew Davidoff of Jones Lang Wootton who, together with Mark Ravesloot, represented NYCE in the transaction.

The Harmon Meadow Complex is located at the intersection of Route 3 and the eastern spur of the New Jersey Turnpike, 2 miles west of the Lincoln Tunnel. The complex is comprised of 2.5 million square feet of office space, over 300,000 square feet of retail space and five hotels offering over 1,000 rooms. Harmon Meadow also features an 80,000 square foot convention center and 20 different eating facilities ranging from a food court to elegant dining. Included in the tenant roster are such companies as Equitable Life Assurance Co., Buck Consultants, Reed Publications, the National Basketball Association's studios and the Loews Group.
