 Wootton has negotiated a lease consisting of 36,189 square feet on the 30th floor of 200 Park Avenue, a 59-story landmark office tower formerly known as the "Pan Am" Building. The lease is for a term of 10 years at an aggregate rental of $13 million. The move represents the consolidation of two midtown mid·town
