JLL stamps its footprint in Westchester market.


McCarthy Associates, a well-known commercial real estate brokerage firm serving the Westchester and Fairfield County Fairfield County is the name of three counties in the United States:
  • Fairfield County, Connecticut
  • Fairfield County, Ohio
  • Fairfield County, South Carolina
 markets, has joined Jones Lang LaSalle Jones Lang LaSalle (NYSE: JLL) is a major real estate and money management services firm headquartered in the Aon Center in Chicago, Illinois and the only company in its industry making it into Fortune magazine's list of the 100 Best Places to Work in the U.S.  to establish a presence in this region for the company.

The move is the latest in a series of expansion efforts by Jones Lang LaSalle, and gives the global real estate services firm a strong presence in both Westchester and Fairfield counties. McCarthy Associates is a full-service commercial real estate firm with offices in White Plains, NY and Stamford, CT.

The move will allow Jones Lang LaSalle to provide clients in this region access to its fully integrated real estate service offerings including leasing, property management, project and development management, capital markets and investment sales, hotel advisory and facilities management The management of a user's computer installation by an outside organization. All operations including systems, programming and the datacenter can be performed by the facilities management organization on the user's premises. .

John R. McCarthy, a key player in the commercial real estate market in the Westchester/Fairfield region for 28 years, will lead Jones Lang LaSalle's Westchester and Fairfield county offices as a managing director of the firm. Prior to establishing McCarthy Associates Inc. in 1990, McCarthy was a Senior Vice President and Partner of Rostenberg-Doern Company Inc. in White Plains and Stamford.
