The firm recently appointed exclusive agent for MetroTop, a two building complex consisting of an existing 90,000 s/f building, and Phase II, a nine-story, 255,000 s/f Class A office building planned to begin construction in Central New Jersey's Metropark market. And, M. Alfieri & Co. Inc. awarded the firm the exclusive for Red Bank 109 Corporate Campus in Red Bank, New Jersey. The Jones Lang LaSalle team of executive vice president Paul Giannone, senior vice president Paul Hindes and vice president Kevin Carton will lead this assignment. "We are excited to have the opportunity to market this newly re-branded corporate campus on behalf of M. Alfieri," stated Giannone.
