JLL in high spirits after 84,000 s/f Pernod deal.

The producer and distributor of spirits and wine signed an 11-year lease for 84,000 s/f at the 280,000 s/f building for its corporate headquarters.

Building owner SEB Immobilien-Investment GmbH was represented by William Korchak, executive vice president, and Barbara Winter, senior vice president, both with Jones Lang LaSalle's New York New York, state, United States
New York, Middle Atlantic state of the United States. It is bordered by Vermont, Massachusetts, Connecticut, and the Atlantic Ocean (E), New Jersey and Pennsylvania (S), Lakes Erie and Ontario and the Canadian province of
 office.

The tenant was represented by John Isaacs, executive vice president, with CB Richard Ellis CB Richard Ellis Group, Inc. NYSE: CBG is a multinational real estate corporation currently based in Los Angeles, California, U.S.A.. On December 20, 2006, the corporation, also known as CBRE, completed acquisition of Trammell Crow Co. in a transaction valued at $2.  Inc., formerly of Cushman & Wakefield; and Greg Frisoli, director, with Cushman & Wakefield of CT Inc. The building is located on Manhattanville Road between I-684 and Purchase Street.

"Pernod 'Ricard had experienced tremendous growth in the past year and sought larger offices in a top-notch building that reflected its status as a global leader in its field," said Korchak. "SEB Immobilien-Investment GmbH had recently completed an extensive renovation of the property."

Pernod Ricard USA will occupy the entire fourth floor at 100 Manhattanville Road.
