JLL fills 90,000 s/f at 335 Madison Avenue.

Jones Lang LaSalle has completed four subleases totaling 50,539 square feet for ABN AMRO Bank N.V. at 335 Madison Avenue.

With these transactions, the company has leased nearly all of ABN AMRO's excess space in the building, filling about 90,000 s/f of space out of 97,427 s/f.

Sublandlord ABN AMRO was represented in all four transactions by Barbara Winter, senior vice president, and Todd Vender, leasing specialist, with Jones Lang LaSalle's New York office. The subtenants subleased the space from ABN AMRO through December 30, 2006. The 335 Madison Avenue building is owned by Milstein Properties.

In the first transaction, MB Real Estate, an operating company of Milstein Properties, subleased 19,830s/ft, representing all of ABN AMRO's space on the 14th floor of the building. MB Real Estate was represented in house.

Three companies inked sublease deals with ABN AMRO for space on the 16th floor. Network Appliance, which provides business-to-business storage solutions, subleased 13,981 s/f. Network Appliance was represented by Brian Rothschild of Colliers ABR. Sextant Search Partners, an executive search firm, subleased 13,444 s/f. The company was represented by Derrick Ades and Sinclair Li of CB Richard Ellis.

Riverside Management Group, a New York-based private equity firm, subleased 3,284 s/f. Riverside Management was represented by Vender.

In December, JLL completed two other subleasing assignments at 335 Madison for ABN AMRO. Law firm Quinn Emanuel Urquhart Oliver & Hedges, LLP subleased 29,805 square feet and investment firm Geometry Group Inc. subleased 4,306 square feet at the building.
