JGT records 2 industrial leases.

Jacobson, Goldfarb & Tanzman Associates (JGT), the Woodbridge-based commercial real estate firm, recently announced the signing of two industrial leases in Bergen County. Mark Harris, a JGT senior vice president, announced the transactions.

Negotiated by JGT brokers, the two leases in the Bergen County area total over 84,000 square feet of space. JGT Associate, Richard Madison arranged for Capacity Inc. to sublease over 44,000 square feet of space at the Crest Foam Building, a JGT exclusive on Empire Boulevard in Moonachie.
