JGT gets new exclusives.

Jacobson, Goldfarb & Tanzman Associates (JGT) has been appointed exclusive broker for substantial space in two office buildings in Hudson and Morris Counties, announced Seena Stein, JGT's senior vice president.

The Morris County exclusive will be handled by the leasing team of Vice President Sonia Lewis, Dennis Gralla, vice president and Mitch Roman, associate. JGT will handle the marketing and leasing of 22,383 square feet of office space on the third floor of Par Troy Knoll, a 92,000-square-foot luxury office building in Parsippany, New Jersey.

Lewis reports that the entire 32,000-square-foot third floor is available.

The three-story Par Troy Knoll is surrounded by restaurants, retail centers, and a number of first class hotels. In addition to comfortable guest accommodations for business travellers, these hotels offer meeting and conference facilities. The Sheraton Tara, Marriott, Embassy Suites, Hilton Hotel, and Ramada in are all within minutes of this office location.

In Secaucus, New Jersey, vice president Dennis Gralla and associate Jim Sousa will handle the marketing and leasing plan for a 24,000-square-foot office and computer data center. This first class space is located in the Atrium II building, 400 Plaza Drive, in Hartz Mountain Industries' Harmon Meadow development.

The Hudson County exclusive consists of 11,000 square feet of raised floor computer space that is second to none.

In addition, the office space features 11 window offices, cubicle work stations, a kitchen area, conference room, wood panelled reception lobby and ample storage areas.

There are nine reserved parking spaces in the building garage. Employee parking in an adjacent deck includes covered walkways directly to the building. There's a sandwich shop located in the atrium lobby and bus service is available right outside the building.

JGT is also exclusive broker for 4,500 square feet upgraded first floor office space in the same building. Dennis Gralla and Jim Sousa will handle the marketing and leasing of the space, which offers excellent views of the brick and glass atrium lobby.
