JEMB's Westinghouse reaches 100%.

JEMB Realty, an experienced real estate owner, developer and management company headquartered in Manhattan, announced today 150 Broadway, the premier 250,000 square foot downtown office tower in the heart of the Financial District, is 100% leased. Joseph Jerome, principal of JEMB Realty, made the announcement.

"We experienced a record number of transactions this year, totaling more than 60,000 s/f of new tenants, expansions, renewal and retail leases," Jerome stated. 150 Broadway, also known as The Westinghouse Building, is a 23-floor commercial high rise located at the corner of Broadway and Liberty Streets and is home to Bank of America and a diverse tenant roster of legal and financial firms.
