With an extensive track record of managing and building sizable teams of sales executives in both manufacturing and retail software companies, Dziersk offers a perfect match for the opportunities now presented to JDA.

Dziersk Brings Extensive Retail and Supply Chain Expertise to JDA

Dziersk is a seasoned technology industry veteran who brings more than 20 years' experience in the retail and supply chain enterprise software market. Previously, Dziersk was CEO of ClearOrbit Inc., a supply chain execution automation company, and has competed successfully against Oracle. Dziersk has also held senior management, as well as sales and marketing executive positions, at several other emerging technology companies.

Two New Executive Positions to Maximize Value from 5,550-Strong Customer Base

Wayne Usie, a five-year veteran executive at JDA, has joined Ron Kubera, a 13-year veteran executive from Manugistics, to lead a global initiative designed to maximize customer satisfaction and revenue growth for the world's leading retailers, manufacturers, distributors and wholesalers. Formerly JDA's senior vice president of Americas, Usie is now senior vice president, retail. He is charged with strengthening executive level relationships with JDA's 1,400 retail customers, as well as with key prospects. As senior vice president, supply chain, Kubera will focus his energies on the 4,100-strong base of manufacturers, distributors and wholesalers.

Usie and Kubera Bring Extensive Industry Experience to New Roles

Prior to serving as JDA's senior vice president of Americas, Usie led the company's research and product development organization through significant change and growth, including the launch of JDA Portfolio 2003. Before joining JDA in 2001, Usie served as vice president of IT at multi-billion-dollar Family Dollar Stores Inc., where he lead the implementation and management of a number of large packaged systems, including Oracle, and internally developed applications.

Before joining JDA in July of 2006, Kubera held a number of strategic positions at Manugistics, including senior vice president of consumer goods & EMEA operations. He had global responsibility for all sales, pre-sales, industry marketing and client service executives.

Kubera also held a number of other positions within Manugistics, including SVP for Northern Europe, where he was responsible for sales and client management in the United Kingdom and the Nordic region.
