.tv, the news-based jewelry consumer TV channel, announces an exciting contest for teens throughout North America. The Blingz-4-Reel Contest is geared toward teens ages 14 to 19, who are interested in video production. To enter the contest a teen must produce a 2 to 4 minute video on the importance of 'Bling,' as it specifically relates to jewelry, in their community.

Video criteria will be a news-style interview of up to three individuals on the real life importance of Bling. Judging will be based on creativity, content and quality of video production/editing, as well as the ratings received by viewers of www.JCOC.tv. Submission dates are October 1 through 31, 2007 12:00pm EST EST electroshock therapy.

. Video ratings will be conducted between November 1 through 10, 2007. All viewers of the JCOC.tv channel are welcome to rate their favorite video.
