likely won't be able to solve its football problems this season. The Brahmas have been shut out the past two games and outscored 326-52 this season.

At the request of athletic director Athletic director (commonly, "athletics director") is a position at many American colleges and universities, as well as in larger high schools and middle schools, which oversees the work of the coaches and related staff involved in intercollegiate or interscholastic athletic  Bob Lyons, first-year coach Doug Woodlief is putting together a proposal on how to fix the team during the offseason.

Until then, things have gone from terrible to worse for Pierce (0-7, 0-4), as top receiver David Black David Black may refer to:
  • David Black, an Australian historian
  • David Holmes Black, founder of the Canadian publishing company Black Press
  • Dave Black (1892-1936), a MLB pitcher
  • David StC. Black, Australian Chemist
is doubtful for the game at 7 tonight against visiting Compton (4-3, 3-1) with shoulder and ankle injuries.

``We're trying to hold up,'' Woodlief said. ``We go out there with winning in mind because you never know what is going to happen.''

--Ventura (2-5, 2-2) at Valley (2-5, 2-2), 7 p.m.: It has become a frustrating season for Valley and coach Ron Ponciano. Last week's last-second loss to Bakersfield, the top team in the Western State Conference Mountain division, was the culmination of close losses for the Monarchs.

For all its talent at the skill positions, Valley can't seem to put points on the board. The Monarchs are 12th among 16 WSC WSC Winter Symposium on Chemometrics

teams in scoring, and many of those points are from special teams and defense.

``It shows that no matter how good of a player you are, you need a supporting cast and the supporting cast isn't very good right now,'' Ponciano said. ``For some reason we break out in hives hives (urticaria), rash consisting of blotches or localized swellings (wheals) of the skin, caused by an allergic reaction (see allergy). The swelling is caused by distention of the skin capillaries and escape of serum and white cells into the skin and tissues.  when we get near the goal line.''

--Glendale (5-2, 4-0) at Santa Barbara (2-5, 1-3), 4 p.m.: This game looked a lot easier two weeks ago when Santa Barbara had a losing streak A Losing Streak is the third episode of series 2 of the BBC sit-com, Only Fools and Horses. It was first broadcast on 4 November 1982. Synopsis
Del Boy, Rodney, and Grandad are making some sort of cheap perfume just to earn money after Del has been losing most of
of 18-games. Now Santa Barbara has won two in a row over Pierce and Moorpark.

But Glendale is likely bowl-bound with five consecutive victories after an 0-2 start.

--West L.A. (3-4, 1-3) at COC See chip on chip.  (6-1, 4-0) , 7 p.m.: Kyle Bauer's ankle is much improved since being injured in last week's game but freshman Jimbo Thomson likely will become the third quarterback to start for the Cougars this season as COC plays its home finale. The Cougars, who moved up to No. 11 in the this week's national rankings and face winless Pierce next week.

--East L.A. (1-6, 0-4) at Moorpark (2-5, 1-3), 7 p.m.: The Raiders are officially struggling after losing to Santa Barbara. East L.A., which has scored the second-least points in the WSC could be the perfect antidote.

--Cal Lutheran (5-2, 2-1) at Occidental (5-1, 3-0), 1 p.m.: Coming off the second-biggest margin of victory in team history, a 56-0 victory over Whittier, the Kingsmen can take over first place in the SCIAC SCIAC SIGINT Correlation Integration & Analysis Capability  with a win at Occidental.
