"JBM Electronics has always had a superior product, and the launch of the C120 allows us to be price competitive at a time when there is an abundance of new competition coming into the market," said Tim Walters, vice president of sales POS/Mobility Division of Fortress Network Security. "JBM consistently meets our customers' needs by offering a reliable product with more capabilities at a lower price."

Similar to the rest of the JBM Gateway Series(TM), the C120 is a full-featured IP/ VPN router with onboard SSL, IPSec support and a built-in firewall for maximum security. Equipped with advanced routing capabilities such as border gateway protocol Border Gateway Protocol - (BGP) An Exterior Gateway Protocol defined in RFC 1267 and RFC 1268. Its design is based on experience gained with Exterior Gateway Protocol (EGP), as defined in STD 18, RFC 904 and EGP usage in the NSFNet backbone, as described in RFCs 1092 and 1093.  (BGP (Border Gateway Protocol) The routing protocol that is used to span autonomous systems on the Internet.  and GRE tunneling, the C120 router works with high speed 3G networks provided by Sprint, Verizon Wireless and Cingular.

"We have come to rely on JBM Electronics' dependable, reliable and scalable wireless connectivity products," said Adam Bleibtreu, president of Gas Station TV. "As the digital signage network industry continues to rely on wireless connectivity, the C120 will allow our company to meet the growing market demand and will play a vital role as we continue to expand."

Additional components of the C120 platform include:

* Remote Monitoring Console software. Single console contains current health statistics, IP tracking, and availability and uptime information.

* Remote Management capabilities. Allows firmware updates and configuration changes as well as permits users to "phone home" and download their configuration upon installation.

* Real-time synchronization. Job definition enables the user to define a "job" once and the system subsequently applies it to all C120s in the network.

"The C120 brings together Enterprise class capability with cellular network integration and a very compelling price point," said David Graybeal, JBM Electronics' vice president of sales and marketing. "Based upon customer feedback, the C120 addresses a significant need in the market and we fully expect it to be one of our most successful products to date."
