JAZZ GROUP TO PERFORM.Byline: - Daily NewsThe Northridge Jazz Exchange is scheduled to perform this evening in the Concert in the Park series sponsored by the Valley Cultural Center. The concerts run each Sunday Sunday: see Sabbath; week. during the summer season from 5:30 to 7:30 p.m. at the park at Califa Street and Topanga Canyon Boulevard. Parking is available at two sites for a $3 to $4 donation. Performers slated for future concerts include the Young Dubliners, who are scheduled to perform on July 29, Pete Escovedo Pete Escovedo is a world-famous Afro-Latin American musician, father to Sheila Escovedo aka Sheila E and brother of Alejandro Escovedo, a Mexican-American musician. on Aug. 5, the San Fernando Valley San Fernando Valley Valley, southern California, U.S. Northwest of central Los Angeles, the valley is bounded by the San Gabriel, Santa Susana, and Santa Monica mountains and the Simi Hills. Symphony on Aug. 12, and Jack Mack & the Heart Attack on Aug. 19. The final concert of the season will feature a tribute to the late entertainer Steve Allen Al·len , Edgar 1892-1943.
