 JAMES FITZPATRICK JOINS GO-VIDEO AS CFO
 SCOTTSDALE, Ariz., June 9 /PRNewswire/ -- Formerly chief financial


officer of Kroy Inc. and Three Phoenix, Jim Fitzpatrick has joined Go-Video (AMEX: VCR) to serve as its chief financial officer. Fitzpatrick has more than 20 years financial experience and holds a bachelor of science degree in business administration from Northeastern University and a master's degree from Babson College, Wellesley, Mass. He has held financial positions with Raytheon, Digital Equipment Corp. and Dennison Manufacturing. Fitzpatrick, a Marine Corps Vietnam veteran, was also an instructor in the MBA program at the University of Phoenix. Fitzpatrick has extensive experience in executive management, financial planning, acquisition analysis, budgeting and strategic planning for manufacturing and high-tech public organizations.
