A major port, transportation hub, and industrial center, it has iron- and steelworks, textile mills, aircraft factories, - Tianjin route from March 1, 2007, subject to government approval. Due to strong business passenger, and cargo demand on this route, JAL will increase flight frequency between these two cities from 2 to 5 flights per week from March 1, 2007. The airline currently offers passengers round-trip services between Nagoya's Chubu International Airport and Tianjin, departing de·part v. de·part·ed, de·part·ing, de·parts v.intr. 1. To go away; leave. 2. To die. 3. every Tuesday and Friday. Once flight frequency is increased, passengers will also be able to travel between the cities on Mondays, Thursdays and Sundays. JAL first started flying on the Nagoya - Tianjin route on April 20, 1998.
