JAL Increases Flight Frequency on Nagoya - Tianjin Route.

JAL Japan Airlines Company, Ltd.
 has decided to increase flight frequency on the Nagoya Nagoya (nä'gō`yä), city (1990 pop. 2,154,793), capital of Aichi prefecture, central Honshu, Japan, on Ise Bay. A major port, transportation hub, and industrial center, it has iron- and steelworks, textile mills, aircraft factories,  - Tianjin route from March 1, 2007, subject to government approval.

Due to strong business passenger, and cargo demand on this route, JAL will increase flight frequency between these two cities from 2 to 5 flights per week from March 1, 2007.

The airline currently offers passengers round-trip services between Nagoya's Chubu International Airport and Tianjin, departing de·part

 every Tuesday and Friday. Once flight frequency is increased, passengers will also be able to travel between the cities on Mondays, Thursdays and Sundays.

JAL first started flying on the Nagoya - Tianjin route on April 20, 1998.

To accommodate this increase in flight frequency on the Nagoya - Tianjin route, JAL will reduce flight frequency on its Nagoya - Beijing route from 5 to 2 flights per week.
