JAKKS Pacific Inc. Signs Licensing Agreements With MOSH Bikes and BMX Riders.

JAKKS Pacific Inc. (Nasdaq:JAKK) today announced that it has signed licensing agreements with MOSH Bikes and top BMX riders Jerry Bagley, Mike Ardelean and Mike Aitken.

JAKKS Pacific will develop -- under its Road Champs(R) BXS brand

-- collectible die-cast bikes and vehicles, mini bike part accessories, bike playsets and bikes with gear accessories that are replicas of the MOSH bikes used by Bagley, Ardelean and Aitken.

Also featured will be likenesses of the three riders, as well as trick sticks(TM) (allowing kids to emulate the stunts of the pros) that incorporate replicas of their helmets.

Jerry Bagley, the unofficial team leader, is one of today's brightest trail and stunt dirt-jumping stars. Bagley solidified his place among BMX royalty this past year placing fourth at the ESPN Summer X-Games while also winning numerous regional and state titles.

Mike Ardelean is the newest member of the MOSH team. Widely considered among the foremost influential and innovative street riders, Ardelean is a three-time X-Games finalist and one of the sport's most popular BMX stunt riders.

At 16, Mike Aitken is the youngest member of the MOSH team, but he does not lack experience! Having been riding for the last five years, Aitken is equally at home riding street, skateparks and at the trails. He was recently voted &uot;The Best Rider Award&uot; on the SNAP Magazine East Coast Tour.
