JAKKS Pacific Adds Popular Bratz(TM) and Bratz Babyz(TM) Properties to Activity Aisle Line-up.

MALIBU, Calif. -- JAKKS Pacific, Inc. (Nasdaq:JAKK) announced today a licensing agreement with MGA Entertainment to develop and market girls' art activity items based on the popular Bratz, and new Bratz Babyz properties.

The agreement covers products marketed under JAKKS' Flying Colors[R] brands including roll desks, clip art desks, doodle activity mats, sequin/jewel/paint-by-numbers, stampers, magnetic kits, Blopens[R] activities and more based on the fashion-focused brand.

According to Stephen Berman, President and Chief Operating Officer, JAKKS Pacific Inc., "MGA's fashionable and irreverent Bratz property continues to be a hugely popular and top-selling girls' brand.
