J-Stream, Onkyo to Co-Launch Joint Venture for Content Service.

: 4308) and Onkyo announced on August 25 that they have reached an agreement to establish a joint venture for Internet content service in September.

Recorded in asset accounts and then depreciated or amortized, as is appropriate for expenditures for items with useful lives longer than one year.
 at 90 million yen ($817,000), CO3 will be owned 55.6% by J-Stream and 44.4% by Onkyo. The new venture will start operation in October.

The venture will provide payment and property right protection solutions for digital content that is distributed on the Internet.
