J & B Software Hires David Drechsel as Vice President Strategic Alliances.

J & B Software, a leading provider of transaction processing solutions, announced Monday that David C. Drechsel has joined the company as vice president strategic alliances.

Drechsel comes to J & B Software from Unisys Corporation, where he most recently was vice president and general manager, GNS Northern Region. In this role, he was responsible for sales and delivery of the full GNS Network Services portfolio with annual revenue of $400 million.

In his new role at J & B Software, Drechsel will be responsible for the implementation of a strategic alliance program and product and channel marketing.
