Ivy sells Summer buildings for $24m.


Ivy Summer Associates, L.P., an entity controlled by Ivy Equities, recently announced the sale of 1111 and 1177 Summer Street in Stamford Stamford, town, England
Stamford, town (1991 pop. 18,127), in the Parts of Kesteven, Lincolnshire, E central England, on the Welland River. It is a market town. Products include diesel engines, electrical equipment, bricks, and tiles.
, Conn. for $24.3 million or $196.64 per square foot. The buyer is a consortium of private investors.

1111 and 1177 Summer Street are two six-story, Class-A office buildings comprising a total of 123,500 square feet.

The property is well located in the Stamford CBD (Component Based Development) Building applications with components (objects). See component software.

 and is easily accessible from all major roadways, the Metro North train line, local retailers, and area hotels.

The property also features a newly renovated main lobby and an 80% covered parking structure.
