Ivy Equities, one of the fastest growing private real estate management and investment companies in the tri-state area There are a number of places in the United States known as tri-state areas where three states or holdings meet at one point (a tripoint), or in proximity to each other. The three latest acquisitions in Westchester - 2975 Westchester Avenue in Purchase, NY; 244 Westchester Avenue in Harrison, NY; and 411 Theodore Fremd Avenue in Rye, NY - mark the third major acquisition in the region for Ivy, which first established itself in the region in 1997 with purchases of 215,000 square feet.

"We see this as a solid investment in an area ideally suited for office space needs," said Anthony DiTommaso, president of Ivy Equities. "The region possesses an affluent population, a great commuter transportation system and highway infrastructure, as well as 30 minute access to Manhattan and major airports. I'm sure we will see the continued success we have had with our other Westchester properties."
