Ivy Realty Fund I, LP will be focused on acquiring, developing, financing and operating a portfolio of diversified commercial real estate assets throughout the Northeast. Ivy Realty Fund I has the ability to leverage up to $300 million to $500 million in investment opportunities over the next several years.
