Iteris Inc., a subsidiary of Odetics Inc. (Nasdaq:ODETA)(Nasdaq:ODETB), has entered into an agreement with Inabled Online Corp. to supply real-time traffic information for use in the Inabled Lobby(TM) and Inabled Office(TM) information systems installed in commercial and public buildings throughout the nation.

The extent of the relationship between Iteris and Inabled is rapidly expanding both in terms of geographic coverage and Inabled products displaying Iteris's real-time traffic information. Currently, Inabled's portal systems have been installed in numerous locations throughout California and deployment of the systems in other states is underway. The content displayed on Inabled's products is delivered via the Internet and unique to each end user's location, based upon the needs and demands of the tenants in the buildings.

Iteris derives it traffic information from a variety of public and private data collection sources. Then, using proprietary Data Fusion Engine software, Iteris aggregates information about traffic and road conditions into a format suitable for distribution. In the case of Inabled Online, for distribution to two of Inabled's Internet enabled information systems, the Inabled Lobby and Inabled Office.

Inabled Lobby is an electronic directory and information system designed for use by tenants, suppliers and buildings guests. It consists of a 42-inch gas plasma display capable of running streaming video and crisp, colorful graphics. The system features a touch screen that provides access to information including a directory and profiles of buildings tenants, news, weather and now real time traffic.

The Inabled Office is a building-centric Web site that Inabled provides to facilitate the communication of relevant content and applications for office tenants. In addition to being a Web site tailored for each building, the Inabled Office combines local information with useful resources for tenants.

The Inabled Office also includes a Property Manager Toolbox, which bridges communication between the property manager and the tenants.
