Italy's Banca Popolare di Vicenza Reports ATM Availability Gains, Thanks to NCR Services.

Agreement with NCR has Enabled the Banking Group to Significantly Increase the Management Efficiency and Scope of Its ATM Channel

DAYTON, Ohio -- Just 12 months after finalizing its agreement with NCR Corporation (NYSE:NCR), Banca Popolare di Vicenza has announced that it has fully achieved its goal to improve the availability of the bank's automated teller machine (ATM) channel. Thanks to the bank turning over the management of all ATM service incidents to NCR's Incident Management technology, the bank has now substantially increased the availability of its ATM network by more than 4,000 additional days of active service.

One of the strengths of NCR's unique Incident Management offering is its proactive problem detection using event history to analyze opportunities, resulting in a reduction of ATM service incidents. This has been an essential factor in the success of NCR's partnership with Banca Popolare di Vicenza.
