 Vladimir Luxuria Vladimir Luxuria (born Wladimiro Guadagno in Foggia, Apulia June 24, 1965), is an Italian actor, television personality, and politician. Currently Luxuria is a Communist member of the Italian parliament, belonging to Romano Prodi's L'Unione coalition.  shared in the victory. As a member of Prodi's center-left coalition, Luxuria became one of the first transgencler candidates to win a parliamentary seat in a European nation.
