Italian luxury in Southampton.


Madison HGCD closed a transaction in Southampton on behalf of Harmont & Blaine, an international luxury menswear brand based in Naples, Italy.

The 800 s/f store, located at 38 Jobs Lane, opened Memorial Day weekend to crowds of shoppers enjoying the beginning of summer.

Richard Hodos, President of Madison HGCD, and Andrea Setian, Managing Director, were responsible for the deal.

This is the luxury-lifestyle brand's first location in the northeast, with only one other store in the United States United States, officially United States of America, republic (2005 est. pop. 295,734,000), 3,539,227 sq mi (9,166,598 sq km), North America.
