 "Village Main Street" area surrounded by lush therapeutic gardens that allow residents, staff and families to fully explore this model for environmental therapy.

Resident rooms offer generous overnight space for family members, while beds are oriented to offer direct sightlines to both the toilet and window. The owner's wish of having a truly functional and vibrant village center as the hub of a safe wandering environment was granted by the design team of Reese, Lower, Patrick & Scott Architects of Lancaster, Pa. Their design allows 52 residents and 30 adult day care registrants to fully engage in daily living routines within the skillfully blended interior and exterior common areas. "Main Street" is a place where the general store, ice cream parlor Ice cream parlors are places that sell ice cream and frozen yogurt to consumers. Ice cream is normally sold in two varieties in these stores: soft-serve ice cream (normally with just chocolate, vanilla, and "twist", a mix of the two), and hard-packed, which has an assortment of  and bakery may trigger distant memories, or where one may just experience the Joie de vivre joie de vi·vre
