Isuzu Motors Ltd. (General Motors Corp.), Tokyo, announced that its affilate, Automobile Foundry Co., Tsuchiura, Ibaraki Tsuchiura (土浦市; -shi) is a city located in Ibaraki prefecture, in Japan. Castec will become a fully owned subsidiary of Automobile Foundry via a share swap on March 31, with completion of the merge to occur in March 2007.
