The winners are Asher Elias for his "Tech Careers: Computer Programming Training Center for Ethiopian Israelis" and Dana Weinberg for "Women and their Bodies." Tech Careers enables Ethiopian Israelis to enter the Israeli high tech workforce and earn far higher salaries by training them, providing job placement services and accompanying them in the work force to guarantee job satisfaction.
