), combining an Active Matrix LCD with a built in digital recorder, suits a broad range of airborne marine and ground applications. The DRU has two VGA inputs and two composite video inputs that can be selected for display or recording, using the front panel keys. The unit enables simultaneous recording of one of the input signals while displaying another input. The digital recorder, embedded in the unit, enables a professional quality recording of a VGA or a composite video with one audio channel and offers instant playback of the recorded channel. The recorded media can be debriefed on an ordinary PC equipped with a cassette adaptor and standard media player software.
