Isbre Announces a Progress Report on the Development Of the Water Bottling Facility Received from the City Of Philadelphia.

:ISBHE) received a status report from the City of Philadelphia reporting substantial progress in making properties available to Isbre Holding Corp. for development of a water bottling facility.

The City of Philadelphia reported that City's environmental consultant, McLaren/Hart, Inc., completed Phase I, and is scheduled to complete the Phase II of environmental assessment of the property by the end of this year.

The City of Philadelphia further reports that it has reached an agreement with the current tenant to vacate To annul, set aside, or render void; to surrender possession or occupancy.

The term vacate has two common usages in the law. With respect to real property, to vacate the premises means to give up possession of the property and leave the area totally devoid of contents.
 the property designated for the construction of the bottling facility by the end of this year. The City of Philadelphia stated that it intends to make 7.5 Acres of the total development site available to Isbre Holding Corp. early next year so that Isbre Holding Corp. can begin construction of the bottling facility in the spring of year 2000.

Isbre Holding Corp (Isbre) is an importer and a manufacturer of bulk Glacier Spring water, and a distributor of various other beverages including juice products manufactured by the Citrus Growers Cooperative.
