Irwin Wecker

Donald H. Piser, chairman and CEO of Morse Diesel International, one of the largest construction management and consulting companies in the world, has announced the promotion of Irwin Wecker, to senior vice president, human resources and equal employment opportunity. Wecker joined Morse Diesel as director, human resources in December 1988 and was promoted to vice president one year later.

Wecker has over 30 years of experience in architecture and engineering and has held various technical and management responsibilities in human resources over the last 15 years.

As senior vice president, human resources and equal employment opportunity, Wecker provides leadership and direction for human resources planning, salary administration, benefit policy administration and organization design and development. Prior to joining Morse Diesel, Wecker was employed with Sverdrup Corporation as director of human resources for the firm's Eastern Regional Group. His responsibilities included implementing human resource policies for the 400 employees in that group.
