Iron is well-absorbed from soybeans.
Soybeans are a major source of iron for many vegetarians and for many people worldwide. Questions have been raised about how well the iron from soybeans is absorbed. In other words Adv. 1. in other words - otherwise stated; "in other words, we are broke" put differently , even if soybeans are high in iron, are we able to absorb and use that iron?
