"Smith Street is one of the hottest strips in Brooklyn," says Jason Miller, leasing associate of Hidrock. "With an increasing number of young professionals moving into and socializing in the area, it's an ideal spot for a hip, neighborhood eatery.

Under terms of the new deal, Po will occupy an intimate 1,000-square-foot venue under terms of a ten-year lease. The restaurant is expected to open in mid-March.

Miller represented both the building owner and tenant in the lease negotiations.
