LONG BEACH, Calif. -- Iron Mountain Inc. (NYSE:IRM) and Accutrac Software Inc. have formed a technology alliance to offer automated records order request capabilities to mutual customers. The software integration enables Accutrac Records Management Software users to more efficiently manage their records inventory and daily service transactions with Iron Mountain record centers.

Iron Mountain Link(TM) allows clients to automate the exchange of record pickup and retrieval request transactions between Accutrac and Iron Mountain. Iron Mountain has certified Accutrac Records Management Software integration with Iron Mountain Link to transmit orders for services including: pickup and retrieval orders for records, permanent withdrawal of records, and inventory additions and maintenance.

Accutrac integration with Iron Mountain Link has been successfully deployed with several clients, including AmLaw 100 law firm, Bingham McCutchen LLP. As a result of this integration, the records request process is now automated, allowing records staff to use a single interface for searching records inventory and processing requests with greater accuracy.

Accutrac Records Management Software provides a centralized repository for the management of physical and electronic records, including e-mail. The program provides a detailed, indexed database of all files, throughout the records lifecycle.
