Irish Cabinet Minister Launches Prosoft CIW Certification; Launch Celebrates Completion of ICII Acquisition.

Ireland's Minister for Arts, Heritage, Gaeltacht and the Islands, Ms. Sile de Valera, T.D., officially launched the Certified Internet Webmaster (CIW) program in Ireland.
